3 weeks of waiting to return my fridge and another 7 business days for refund. What a joke!!!

Worse, worse experience I have had with them. I have been buying appliances, cellphones only from them. I will never ever purchase from them again after this. Purchase a double door Hisense fridge 514l that cost R14499. I have complaint to them 2 days after using the fridge side is freezing my goods could they please arrange for the fridge to get exchanged and tested at the store when new one is provided. They said after 7 days they will receive stock 7 days past and has gone. There were issues also to collect the fridge as the lady that assisted me wanted me to pay again for pick up and delivery as I refused to do this because I habe asked her to get the store to deliver this item. 3 weeks later after I had to plug fridge in and plug it out to keep my food cold and frozen in freezer on a daily basis. They have collected the fridge after contacting Hifi Corp head office and demanded I get a refund. To find out I need to wait 7 business days to get refund? So I am without a fridge now. All my meat and food will go off and this is a service provided. They a F!@#&%$ joke seriously. Stay away Hisense and Hifi corp.
