3 Hours waiting to open a contract

Hi im at Hi fi corp president hyper vaal, I've been here several times the last couple of days check cctv footage if youd like. I want to apply for a contract with you guys, they've been waiting days for the contract application forms... Ive been here now for more than 2 hours check cctv footage, still no processing of the contract they been struggling to get a application form from closeby branches, and now they've been struggling with te promotion code of the deal advertised now they have to go trough an exel spreadsheet of all the deals....As I've been sitting here in the door ive heard several customers complain about the service here... This is unacceptable.Theyve apologized for the inconvience but nothing seems to be in order here for cellphone contracts in this time of a epidemic can you really afford to deliver this kind of service?? Ill be waiting for your feedback
