2 Days Waiting for delivery???

I made an online purchase of a washing machine n fridge on the 27 NOV & subsequently selected the 3-5 days delivery option.<br> I contacted HIFICorp to advise them that I would prefer the delivery to be made on Mon 07 DEC, I was contacted by the dispatch person who confirmed that the delivery will be made on Mon 07 DEC.<br> <br> At 4pm on Mon 07 DEC I CALLED U n was advised that the stock had not arrived from the supplier (***?) & they were waiting,at about 4:30 i was informed that the stock had arrived n will be delivered on Tues.<br> i CALLED on Tues morning & was advised that they were waiting for the delivery guys, i called at 2pm again & was advised that the goods were going to be delivered at 4pm. i waited till 6pm & nothing arrived. nobody bothered to call me to explain that it wasnt going to be delivered or why or anything, i sat at home waiting!!<br> I TRIED calling numerous times from abt 4
