1 month tv taken no feedback

I bought my tv from hifi corp 2 years ago. The first months d tv gt damaged n i took it in n thy repaired it. The next year d same thing happened again. I told them before this tv is faulty i need it changed dats in the first month they refused. Now the samr thing has happened and i am out of warranty and ththey want me to pay. i have given them the tv no report what so ever. Unless i call they dont call. They keep changing their storiEs. The first evaluation they acknowledged the faulty board suddenly they claim.my insurance damaged it when i took it for evaluation. Hifi corp is the worse service provider inelectronics in this country. I dont know why r thy still trading. I am horrified of hoq thy treat customers.
