1 Month old hisense phone

I bought a Hisense phone and hurricane phone about a month ago online from HiFi corporation although originally I wanted a Alcatel phone but they could not find stock and could take a long time to get which I understood. I was then asked to choose another device and since I ordered online I bought two phones by then the Alcatel to be replaced by a hisense and a hurricane of which both the phones have problems after about a month and I am working shifts that was the reason I ordered online and I do not have time to go up and down to a shop to give phones in to be sent away again and most probably won't even be repaired but sent back with the very same issue and I will have to go back again. I would have understood that if phones was giving this issue after a year but literally not even two months? That is really bad quality really I will never purchase from HiFi corporation online or directly nor any product from hisense or hurricane
