0 star rating dissatisfied disappointment

I wont even give a one star rating for the poor customer service "on the SO CALLED black Frilday sale"on the Wednesday before the black Friday sale starts has been longover SINCE WHEN???? BUT STILL no deliveery been made, was cash sale deal done for delivery cost also been paid and STILL bo delivery been made after 2 weeks. Every phone call or PERSONAL ENQUIRY made some kind of excuse been made, if cannot meet client services that cannot provide as promise or even answer head office phones then rather remove yourself from client retail services, as your staff lies in the clients face after product has been paid and for the delivery and still no service nor any useful information provided in such time, highly dissatisfied disappointment. This is for pensioners and will never reccomend retail store to no one in future time!!!!!
