Terrible shampoo and even worse customer service.

WORST purple shampoo in the WORLD. Changed my hair purple. I am still struggling to get the purple out after a week. After contacting the brand and some discussions I was accused of ********* because I was simply asking for what was offered and then retracted. Having my hair fixed professionally and Hi-Care beauty covers costs. Then I was offered pamper treats instead. After being told it’s MY fault my hair turned purple because my hair is damaged from being over processed. (It’s not!). Do NOT buy this cheap brand. It’s not worth it. Shocking customer service. Blames you for a terrible product. STAY AWAY.
