<p>If you ever find yourself needing your brows done, please do hesitate to enter this salon! As the salon is a walk in service, naturally the salon was busy. I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and was directed to the owner of the salon who proceeded with my eyebrows. As i lay, the owner with 16 years of experience proceeded to place the wax on my eyebrow and drops it in my eyes. Yes, you saw right!SHE DROPPED HOT WAX ONTO MY EYELIDS. Not only that but when she was done with my eyebrows they looked completely different and uneven. She then waited for the wax to dry before ripping it off. She eventually got it off but not before trimming almost half my eyelashes which i only noticed when i got home. My eyebrows was so badly done i had to have them tinted. Further more, the owner literally told me only one lash came out and failed to mention the trimming part ,then insults me by saying i must come back for a facial because my face looks puffy. I then had to get special eyedrops as my eye was irratated by the wax and would not spot itching. My whole weekend was ruined and now i have to wait 2 months basically for my eyebrows and eyelashes to grow back.</p>
