Hi-Brid Auto robbing its customers and give false information

The letter stated that: This is to confirm that HI-BRID AUTO has accepted to sell your vehicle on consignment. The retail price is R120.000. the outright price is R0.00 Vehicles up to the value of R120.000 will be covered by HI- BRID insurance. if the value is over R120.000 please advice your insurer of the whereabouts of the vehicle whilst in our possession.

In a 2 weeks time my car was sold. On the 30th November 2017 I went to them to collect my money, they refuse to give me my money instead they gave me another paper to sign which says that :- This letter stands confirm that Hi- brid auto will be paying Mr. BHEKINKOSI STEPHANS MKHIZE, id no. ********** 251089 an amount of R110000.00

This is for the purchase of the Renault duster, reg no.DD04NBGP. The payment will be done within 7-30 working days.

This is the whole story of what had happened between me and this car dealers. I have heard so many complaints from other customers against this car Dealership. until today I have never receive my money or my car I don't know where it is ?
