Formal Complaint Regarding Registration Delays, Administrative Errors, Lack of Communication, and Returned Vehicle

Since taking delivery of the vehicle, I have experienced ongoing frustration and inconvenience relating to the registration and licensing process. I had to repeatedly travel back and forth to the dealership regarding the expired temporary licence. The licence plates were only received in mid-March, and I was later advised on 23 April 2026 that there was still an error with the NATIS documentation, which again required additional trips to the dealership.

Throughout this process, communication from the dealership has been very limited, and I have had to continuously follow up myself for updates and resolution. Returned the vehicle in May 2026 and still awaiting on outcome. The DP Shareef never replies to any my email, awaiting feedback from their head office as well
