Disgusting Service
Where do I start... I have never had such bad customer service before from this branch up until now. I bought the new Atos in December 2019. To this day I have yet to receive my new license disc and registration papers. I have been there at least 5 times and every time I get told there is nothing they can do. I mailed the head office they let me know they informed the dealership principle. I made an appointment to speak to him, only to get there and I don't speak to him again. I requested to speak to the dealership principle twice. I sent a mail to Hyundai Customer Service they informed the principle of the matter. It seems they are trying to avoid speaking to me thus keep sending someone else to speak to me. I got told I have to go to the licensing and registration office myself and request my papers, as THEY "Elric Everson the Pre-owned Sales Manager" LOST my peppers.
I paid Hyundai R1000 to-do this on my behalf ... Now I must pay again for their negligence. I paid cash when purchasing the vehicle, not my first vehicle from them either. Only to find out that the car was registered on my name in August 2020. 8 Months after I purchased the vehicle. I trusted them to have all my paperwork in order I paid them to-do so. Like most vehicle owners we have car insurance. I informed my insurance company of the new vehicle and for my peace of mind to be insured when I have my new car. I paid car insurance for a car that belonged to Hyundai for 8 months after it was bought. Not knowing how this company failed to inform me or do what was expected from them. I was laughed at and told I will not get any money back as it is not their problem... They keep on about a warrant when I sent them proof I paid the fine and proof of warrant recall.
I had great assistance from Tim and Clinton, they were kind enough to follow up, but due to the dealership not doing what they promised me, I have to go and sort their mess out. When all this could have been avoided.
This is disgusting. Their negligence is and has cost me more damage, stress and money. I am still driving the car in fear of possibly being locked up due to the licensing not done. Note the vehicles license disc expired in September 2020. Funny how their Management slogan is “Our team is quick, efficient and always ready to help you", When I receive this kind of uncouth service.
Now I will go and sort their mess out, I expect some sort of re-imbur*****t for what I will have to cough up at the licensing office including insurance paid and me paying them extra to have done my registration when I bought the car.
