Deposit pay back

Good day I went to Hyundai milnerton wanted to buy a car they ask me R10500 deposit I pay them fully after the deal didn’t go through I ask them to refund my money first they told me about 3 dus and they come with 6day waiting period till to date I didn’t get my money please help
