Bad bad service

Were do I start never in my life I had so bad services. My clutch went on 30k and the "service manager turns around and tell me it's my fault because of my driving...... after a fight they fixed it and now on 35k my car is giving the some problems. Ooo and best of all is when I went to go to fetch my car half of the stuff wasn't tide 9n the car... last night we found out that the plate that needs to be under the car to protect the engine is not there..... what the hell is that people doing.. so not happy with that place now... and if you phone the receptionist doesn't give the message to the people but walk in there the she is sitting on her phone...... they need people that want to work and that knows how to work with people
