Rude Consultant

i called the yesterday to get quotations for accommodation container, i was asked to send email with what i need. i did and called 3 times to check if it was received, i just called again a rude, none patient lady before she hung up she told me she rep**** i must not call her before checking my emails, i constantly email and receive my emails, as i communicate with my clients hourly via email. she said she doesnt have time if i dont get emails the she hungup. i just wonder how they do business with such rude consultants on the line, calling landline or mobile you still speak to that rude lady. i just wanted accomodation containers as i want to start a B&B, and liked their material.
