Bum locksmiths
The immediate response was exceptional and my problem was resolved quickly when I dropped my car key and broke it. I also didn’t have a spare key so I needed a key urgently. Hennie’s service was great and he made me a new key as well as a spare key. The keys were great until I realised that the spare key was cut incorrectly and cannot open my boot. I was assured it would be fixed. Then 2 months later for no apparent reason, the main key stopped working. I can unlock and lock my car but I cannot start my car. Hennie was very nice in the beginning, promising me he would fix it. It is now 3 months later and he is ignoring me. Please do not use these guys. I paid a lot of money for keys I cannot use as they should be. Go somewhere else.

Initially when we were doing your key, do you remember me telling you that the cutting blade had snapped and that it may have been the cause of the secondary key not working in the boot lock, but we would have it seen to as soon as possible, ALSO, keeping in mind that travel for the most part was limited to absolutely necessary, just like yourself, I, also am in fact a human being and was afraid of contracting COVID-19.
Also, keep in mind that amongst a close family member passing on during that time as well as the fact that I had lost my only mode of transport, my work did suffer, but, I always kept my clients up to date.
Please do not try to make up lines like "... ignoring me..." or any such drivvle to suit your needs on this post. You were, at all times kept up to date even though my family and I, were like the rest of humankind, experiencing some of the darkest days of our lives....
The fact that your key was "not dropped", just like the one we were called in to replace for you, had a role to play in you having to pay a minimal amount for my transport, time and repair of your "never been dropped" key.
As a consummate professional and a person of high moral standards, I can safely say that in my opinion, as well as 2 other Locksmiths that had made the repairs to your key, you had not only dropped the keys, but that you had probably continuously dropped them as maybe a drop tester at a factory would do.
As a supplier I can only control the quality of the product that I supply by not buying from the cheapest suppliers in the market but by only buying from suppliers that can supply top quality products at good prices.
For the above reason I stand by the physical product I supply and can guarantee you that your key was not "not dropped".
On the day that I came to collect your key for Repairs I made this clear to you and you accepted that responsibility by paying for the product that was malfunctioning due to your mishandling of it.
This whole post is pock marked with subtle untruths to shed bad light on me and my business because you are upset that your mishandling of a product supp**** by myself had cost you money in the end. Each action has an opposite and equal reaction and that is the simple truth of the matter.
As to your last update to your own post, I would hereby also inform you that I, Hendrick Kleinhans, in my personal capacity, as well as Owner/Operator of HHB Auto Lock and Key, would like it to be known that we would also prefer not to do business with you or with anyone else that possess such questionable morals. To lie is one thing, but to lie and destroy someone else's reputation for your own lack of taking responsibility is another matter completely.
