Treating drivers unfair and poorly

This company should really be ashamed of how poorly they treat and pay their drivers..... How could you pay your drivers less hours of what they worked over Christmas period and believe me this happens almost every month.... Your drivers should be your top priority becuase they work with the customers... Disgraceful.... Hoping that management will look into this matter...☹️
