Poor service

The shuttle services was supposed to be at Tygerberg hospital at 07h00 after our night shift to transport us to campus and Belhar.Three calls later and promises of a shuttle being on its way,the shuttle arrived at 07h35.I only arrived on campus at 08h15.This is very frustrating when you have two more nights of night shift to prepare for.This is the second time this has happened in a space of a week.
