Price Change on Enquiry by R1250 more

Price Changed when I enquired via Email. I was quoted R1250 more when requesting to chat to an agent compared to the website. My password refused to reset and I was force to request assistance. I have screengrabs with date and time stamps to show the Price on the website and how it was updated at the time I sent out the email. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
