No online support! No tutor response! Waste of money!

I am studying online. According to the academy, we have 24-hour tutor help and online access to all tutors and course content. I have emailed the tutors on many occasions and they never bother to reply. If you wish to study with HFPA online I'd suggest another academy. They give you no support, you're left in the dark with terms to the work. If you are hoping for an academy that will be helpful and hands-on then I suggest looking for a different company. Their communication is absolutely useless and they only respond when they want money or are trying to sell another package to you!
