HFPA is nothing short of a ****. I will be reporting them to REPSSA and the entire FITNESS INDUSTRY

The HFPA is NOT entitled to ANY STARS. My daughter aged 19 enrolled with HFPA because it falls under the REGULATION of REPSSA. Essentially, this means that HFPA are globally relevant. Well, I do not EVER want to be ASSOCIATED with the HFPA again or anyone with an HFPA Qualification. I will be reporting our experience to REPSSA and the FITNESS INDUSTRY direct. There are NO WORDS to describe the NON-COMMUNICATION, the MIS-COMMUNICATION, the absence of PROFESSIONALISM and their non-existent ethics. What a CIRCUS! I am lodging a formal complaint to the powers that be and I will be withdrawing my daughter from this course with immediate effect. I EXPECT a FULL REFUND (including the deposit). The HFPA stand in direct BREACH of the CONTRACT with the paying customer and student. I will also be paying them a PHYSICAL VISIT (accompanied with evidence and witnesses) at their premises: Bosman's Crossing, 1 Distillery Road in STELLENBOSCH. I look forward to seeing the team soon.
