A total waste of time HFPA IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE

My name is Mario and I have been with HFPA last year to do my sports administration NQF4, I have completed my course and was told that I would receive a accredited and certified Cathsseta and SAQA certificate on completion, it is now 9 months and still waiting for my accredited certificate and every time I email them it’s different consultants that I deal with, most of the previous ones are no longer there as I have been told numerous times and the head of the HFPA institution told me that he is no longer working there,I have asked them a few times to refund me and I have been told that Cathsseta has a backlog that they trying to sort out, September it will be a year since I have completed my course and still nothing..I will never recommend them to anyone ever and now I am struggling to get my qualifications, refund or certified certificate
