Bad or lack of customer service

Richard Mansour requested me to withdraw my negative review on his business and promised, as in the past, to come and attend to the problems. Unfortunately, 4 months later he has not pitched. Keep promising and when I call he does not answer or react on voice messages. I also send 100 dreds of WhatsApp messages on which he rected once saying that the parts has been ordered. That was a month ago. So Mr. Promises, I hope this wil get you going!!!!
