Warning - HF Electrical

HF electrical charged an upfront call out, I find this fair to see what needs to be done and service, they then come back to repair our items. WE had 3 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. WE NOW ONLY HAVE 3 one month of HF ELECTRICAL SERVICING.

4 of which were working only a digital issue, but they said to me all of them need services. We accepted there "professional advice".

We down to 3 machines that work. 2 machines don't work after they "fixed" them and the 3rd one never ever worked , They charged us 14k in total, only to be left with 1 less machine than we started.

1) One was serviced, this one is still working 2) Digital interface was not working - they fixed. 3) Pulled off our front door of the machine and never came back and left the machine making a huge sound. They told us it was our fault. How on earth of having machine for 3 years the door never fell off, now the door falls off after 1 day they had it. 3) The one machine was perfect, had no issues, They serviced it and 1 month later the machine packs up. 4) Fixed our last machine promised it would work, Never ran a cycle, When we plugged it in to work, the machine never could finish a cycle.

It would have been cheaper to purchase two new machines than use the services of HF Electrical

We have tried to contact them. they ignore us on their WhatsApp helpline and emails.
