Bad Service and NO Responce

My nephew had a case at the CCMA against his Employer last year October He was awarded compensation for this and a man by the name of Jack from Heztasy legal services approached him and offered to help him get the monies. Until today no success from them. The numbers on their web site do not work or do not exist. the only one that works they do not know who is the manager or supervisor. Next step for us is to report them to the Law Society.
