They take your money then leave you hanging

After paying in full I received a confirmation email stating that my order was received and that shipping would take up to 2 weeks after my tracking number was received.

2 weeks later I received a mail stating my order had been processed and that I could follow my package using the tracking link through DHL.

Directly thereafter, my tracking link stopped working and DHL claimed they could not locate this tracking number.

It is now 7 weeks later. I have followed up numerous times via facebook and either they simply DELETE my messages on their facebook page (MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!), or I get told to email them (their email address bounces as the inbox is full). They refuse to follow up on where my package is and simply say that the tracking number will reload at a 'practical time' (whatever that means.)

I am still waiting with no update, no answer, no communication from them whatsoever. 7 weeks after ordering. They have lost my package and refuse to assist, leaving me to speak to their chatbot time and time again.

I have been more than patient. This is shocking.
