road accident fund

my mother was hit by a car in 2006 , attorneys came over at home saying they will help us claim for the road accident fund,we haven't received anything since , my mother is currently very ill due to that accident , did make follow up with heyman attorneys to no luck , i was told the trial in this matter will be heard on the 07 August 2015 after that date i was told this matter will not be heard on that day .<br> The case has been dragging to long and my mom is suffering . <br>
