Great Service from HeyJudeApp

Hi I subscribe to heyjude (www.heyjudeapp.com) and they have made my life much more convenient - "Hey Jude is the world’s first mobile assistant app backed by humans, assisted by Artificial Intelligence". I want to praise them for a particular example : my wife and I are currently in Bali on holiday. The Agung Volcano here has been erupting and the snake and gasses caused the airport to close for a few days. The airport reopened due to favourable wind conditions, however it is forecast to possibly close again soon. My roaming was not working, however I was able to contact Emirates via their online chat. I was struggling to move our flights forward, and this was coming at a cost. I contacted Heyjude and Vincent from heyjude was amazing. He assisted me for a few hours, until he secured our earlier flights for free. He even called me at my hotel in Bali several times to manage expectations and keep me updated. Thanks HeyJude and thanks Vincent!
