Worst service ever

I used the online order site for the butchery i placed my order and chose delivery on site it says delivery to Uitenhage but then i received a call from Claudia telling me they don't deliver in the part of Uitenhage that i requested now to me you need to specify that you don't deliver in certain parts of a town or city. I think it is absolutely the worst service ever and would not advise anyone to buy from them
