I ordered 2 personalised mens leather wallets and a ladies personalised wallet way before Christmas. Only the 2 mens wallets arrived and the quality was shocking. Nothing like they advertise. The ladies wallet was only sent 2 months later even after I told them I did not want it anymore as I bought another Christmas gift. I asked for a refund instead. They sent me the ladies wallet non the less. Wrong colour as well. They now refuse to refund me and don’t respond to any emails or messages. They have taken off the review and comment section on their Facebook page. Shocking customer service! All they care about is you placing your order and paying. After that it’s a stuff you attitude. Will never use them again.
