Sales Agents are a ****🚩🚩👎👎. I would not recommend to anyone.

Hey Carter Renault sales agents will provide you with exceptional customer service when trying to buy a car until the car was delivered to me. Firstly it had total all wrong features that I have requested except for the color of the car. I wanted an automatic with parking reverse and a start up button. However the car is a manual transmission without other features expected. The additional smash and grab wasn't properly installed.

As client when try to make enquiries you get ignored. Forwarded the smash grabs problem to the Sales agent specifically Neo Rasemetse as per last communication to send proof in a manner of a picture and still she hasn't attended to me. I always have to contact her over and over again to get May queries to be attended to. Neo Rasemetse just want to push Sales and when there's a problem she's too busy to attend to it.
