They dont respect their customers

2020 februaryI paid goodness Mashaba a deposit of 2000 for a Thailand trip.due to the lockdown the trip got canceled. I said I don't want a refund I will use the money for later stage, I tried several times to make a booking with them using the voucher but they are just ignoring me. I got almost two years now trying to use the voucher. They have been giving me excuses after excuses. And even if you send the messages they will respond the day they want to respond. I would not recommend heytravellers to anyone they dont have respect for their customers
