Worst Service Provider

They said I must pay a buy out fee of R3300 before they transfer the domain to another service Provider , Their contract it can't be cancelled you need to pay it in full before you cancel, Regret the day I do business with them cause Ive never enjoyed the website they created , I didn't like it from the first month and I've been trying to call them and only promises that they will sort it out and they never did, Only this year when I asked them to transfer it to another service provider they want to meet up with me, Which is nonsense cause they have been enjoying deducting my money for nothing and now they said before I cancel I need to pay. Even their contract it said I can cancel in writing but when I do so they said I am liable for the remaining months,
