HEY! ONLINE

<div>We signed a twelve month contract with HEY! on line for Social Media Marketing. We were also promised a 3 month probation period by HEY online's employee, who stated to us, HEY! online would first need to prove themselves. Due to the poor performance we tried to cancel this contract as per the probation promised, +++++&nbsp; was no longer wth HEY! on line and we were denied this promise by +++++??? Again due to their poor perforance, and now within our rights as per the Consumer Act, we requested our attorney to send HEY! online a letter of termination. 1. Adverts have been posted with our company name incorrect as well as not being in accordance with our business hours. We had never been sent this advert for approval? 2. Advert posted with the description and the advert referring to two different events? 3. Advert still being posted one month after the event took place? 4. Advert approved for posting was not posted? We kept asking why we never see any of the adverts on either our Facebook or Instagram pages?? We have tried to communicate with the director,++++ but he either does not reply to our emails or reverts our complaints back to ++++. Our attorneys have requested HEY! online at least 6 times, to give us full access to our Facebook Page via Business Suite. HEY! online has chosen to ignore these requests and continue to hold us ransom by denying us full access to our own Facebook. HEY! online has also blocked our facebook link via our Website. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH HEY! ONLINE. SHOCKING AND WE EXPERIENCED ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS.. Maybe a great investigation for Carte Blance?</div>
