Customer service 10/10

I have had the pleasure of dealing with HeyOnline for some time now. I have never had to make adjustments to my website, but always thought that it was, like so many other companies, part of their marketing ploy. Well, the last few weeks dealing with Saskia and at time Courtney from HeyOnline was pure bliss. Saskia has, in the last 24 hours, made several adjustments for me without any delay or hassle. Within 15 minute of sending the requests, it was not only executed, but also communicated to me via email and a personal call from Saskia. I will highly recommend this company to do your website. All the changes were, as they promised, not charged for. Customer service and efficiency in today's climate is super important. Well done to this company.
