Complaint. Unfairly treated

I signed a contract with them at the beginning of the year. All the work they've done so far is not up to standard. They do what they want.I don't know who i have to deal with they keep changing people for me. Now i wan to terminate the contract and in being told there's a termination fee i havevto pay upfront and its not even on the contract.. They just take money but don't care about client service .
