Poor service

Poor service experience from this dealership, I picked up a vehicle from them on the 2nd of December 2022 and was promised that the new registration plates will be courierd to me, I haven't received them. When I make contact with the sales agent that assisted me (Thabo Makgatho), He makes empty promises each time we talk, I even went as far as confirming with my financier if everything was finalized because I've been waiting for almost three months now. 😢😢😢,
