I had a minor accident with my Corsa last week and OUTSURANCE registered my claim [R10,000] and *HEY HALFWAY AUTOBODY,* Scottburgh, KZN was my assigned service provider. As a 78 year old single woman, I had EXCELLENT service from Hey Halfway! They really made me feel cared for and treated me with great respect. I had to leave my Corsa in Scottburgh and Hey Halfway provided a vehicle and a driver to take me back to Mtwalume [+ 36 km from Scottburgh]. Every second day I received a full feedback via voice mail from Hey Halfway of how the repairs were progressing. They made sure I was fully updated. I have to go to Scottburgh tomorrow mid day to collect my Corsa. I have no one to take me from Mtwalume to Scottburgh to collect my car. Hey Halfway is going the EXTRA MILE by sending a driver and a company vehicle to fetch me from my home in Mtwalume to Scottburgh! Now isn't that customer care PAR EXCELLENCE! Hats off go HEY HALFWAY!
