THE CUSTOMER IS THE EXPERIMENT FOR HEY GORGEOUS

The first time I used Spicy Rose body cream it was out of this world. Re-ordered it and covered myself with it and had a terrifying allergic reaction. Got hold of Tina who was fairly helpful until she blocked me. I was offered a replacement, I however opted for a refund as when I asked what the reason was for the allergic reaction, Tina quite openly told me there was another lady that also had a reaction because they ran out of an ingredient and subbed it with another. WHAT? I got my money back and that was it. Had the most ********** allergic reaction and then got treated like I was a pest and got blocked on whatsapp. Based on the reviews I have read Hey Gorgeous have no standards and are just winging their products. Really disappointed!!!
