Shocking Service! No delivery!

Absolutely Shocking service. Ordered my product on the 29th of April. Today 12th of May still have not received my order. No updates, I have to message and email to find out where my order is. Poor explanation that they only have so many staff, yet a friend that lives 4 houses down from me recieved her order 3 days after. Will not support this business again.
