Payment taken - No order recieved.

Please DO NOT order anything off the Hey Gorgeous website. I am sad to be writing this. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. Always received my product and I have loved it. However, placed an order at the end of February 2025 .... payment taken ..... no order received. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times. Nothing. Really upsetting.
