Hey Gorgeous - Hey Poor Service!!!!

I recently purchased the Vitamin C range as advised by a Hey Gorgeous consultant, but experienced a nasty breakout when I started using it. I made contact with Hey Gorgeous, who initially came across as quite helpful. I was promised that a different range of skincare items would be sent to me by the next day for me to try. It's been 5 days and I still haven't received anything. I've made contact with them again, but my message has been ignored. I am still trying to recover from this awful breakout, with a dent of R1200 in my pocket for the purchase, no feedback and no new products. Super disappointed with this brand's poor service and lack of communication. I Will definitely not recommend Hey Gorgeous products to anyone!
