Hey Georgeous pathetic after sales care

This company seriously lack care and after sales service. I purchased products on line and never receive same in the stipulated period. I contacted them in Cape Town and was informed the courier in Durban has the products from 8th April 2020. The courier refuses to engage with me but makes lousy promises. Sad thing is that Hey Georgeous simply abdicated responsibility and asks me to deal with the courier company Bex. I didnot use Bex so Hey Georgeous must sort out this mess with Bex Express.
