He Gorgeous Skincare seems in trouble, don't order right now

An order posted the end of January was never delivered and a promise to refund the money not kept. One gets excuses after excuses, but now even the answers to emails have stopped. My daughter is having the same experience at the same time, although she had ordered many times before without problems. The company seems to be in big trouble. I am worried about my money, it was a big order. Do not order from them right now.
