Extremely Disappointing Service & No Communication

I am beyond frustrated with my experience ordering from Hey Gorgeous. My most recent order (#90317) was placed on 2 March, and 28 days later, I have still not received it—nor have I received any updates on its status. This is not the first time I have faced such delays with this company, and the complete lack of proactive communication makes the situation even worse.

Previously, I had an issue with an incorrect delivery, which took weeks to resolve after constant follow-ups from my side. Now, I find myself in the same position again—waiting indefinitely for an order with no transparency or urgency from the company.

I would love to continue supporting this brand, but their unreliable service, poor communication, and failure to deliver on time make it incredibly difficult. If my order does not arrive soon, I will have no choice but to demand a full refund and escalate the matter further.

I do not recommend ordering from Hey Gorgeous unless you are prepared to chase your own order with little to no response from their team. Absolutely unacceptable service!
