**** ALERT - Website works perfectly, but business shows as Permanently Closed on Google

Order was placed on 28 February and confirmation email was received on the same day. To date my order has still not been fulfilled. I have sent countless emails and have also tried to call, but both have been unanswered. A Google search shows the business as permanently closed. Why is the website still operational and accepting orders if the business is closed. Chances of getting a refund are looking very slim at the moment. Very disappointing.
