Order never delivered
I ordered a steam iron from them nearly a month ago - R999. I received an email stating that they had received my payment. Thereafter no email, no tracking number, nothing. I wrote numerous emails but no response.

No products received
I see this website is still advertising. If you order and pay from them, you won't get your products or a reply from them. Don't use this website, they aren't legit

Bad service from Heygirl
I have ordered hand steamers from Heygirl using my bank card on 16 September 2026. I received a order confirmation via E-mail. i tried to enquire on the progress with no success. The only contact is the E-mail address which they blatantly ignored.
