Unprofessional
They're quite pathetic with customer service especially when they are at fault. I have an issue with a laptop skin that I ordered and they refuse to accept responsibility. Will NEVER use them again and won't recommend either. They are quite expensive compared to other sites but I always use them but the quality of work and service this time is inexcusable.

My image is a seamless black background whereas yours is a grey block on black. Not even centred. Do you not think to yourself "why would my client want an image that's not centered and looks odd?" Let me double check. Especially since i asked you guys to check if my images were good enough and i got affirmation that they were. You guys are actually disgusting.
