I've only ever dealt with Hey Casey! twice, but each time they have had outstanding customer service. Even over the Christmas period with the rush and all their specials, they still managed to have my order with me before the 25th. Good job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy cellphone covers, tablet covers...it's even customizable! And their product is of very high quality.
