extremely unhappy customer

I ordered a case from Hey Casey and when I received it I was very disappointed and unhappy. The colours of the picture of the case I ordered were vastly different to what I received and pixelated, it actually looks ugly. That in itself is the responsiblity of the company to make sure what is printed is reflected on their website. I received a free case as well which was fine and you can see the huge difference in print and colour quality between them both. I sent them clear photos and they rep**** to say they don't see anything wrong so I don't qualify for a free replacement. Just like that. And if I want to I can send it back to them (at my own cost) to evaluate. I rep**** to them and sent them screenshots of what was advertised and what I received and didn't receive any reply at all. Firstly, they have a very unhappy returning customer, as I have ordered from them before, so this definitely sours my experience with them going forward. I have sent them proof of the difference in the colours. It's very plain to see and they don't even bother to respond. It really bothers me that they are happy to leave a customer VERY unhappy. The money I spent was a complete waste as I'm sitting with an ugly phone case I don't want to use. If this is how they are going to leave it I definitely won't be using Hey Casey again if this is how they treat their customers.

Hi Sherry, we're very sorry to hear about your experience on your order and appreciate the feedback. As stated on our website, due to the UV printing process prints can come out darker and mockups are an example only. We apologize for the inconvenience and will endeavor to do better in future.

You still have a very unhappy customer that won't be ordering from you again. I can understand a slight difference but this is a HUGE difference making the case look ugly. I'm a designer myself so I understand and my clients would also not accept such big differences in colours and I would go out of my way to make them happy again
