Disappointing customer service
Truly disappointed with the customer service. The company refused to assist in any way. The tone of the messages was almost sarcastic citing that the customer accepted the terms and conditions when placing an order. Customer service like this is perhaps why most people prefer not to buy local when bigger companies are willing to go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction.
